You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship across India.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery time:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or high order volumes.

3. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our reach. Stay tuned for updates!

4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s journey.

5. Address & Delivery Issues
Ensure that you provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
Saucy Joe’s is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at contact@saucyjoes.in for assistance.
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
