1.Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
The product arrived damaged or leaked during shipping.
You received an incorrect item.
The product was expired or spoiled upon arrival.

Order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
A brief description of the issue.
4. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If a replacement is requested, we will ship the new item at no additional cost.
Refunds are not applicable for taste preferences or minor packaging variations.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
