Naga King Chilli Sauce

Nagaland’s most renowned contribution to the culinary world is the Naga King Chilli, which was officially recognized as the world’s hottest chilli pepper by the Guinness World Records in 2006. Using locally sourced fresh Naga King Chillies, a very spicy and creamy sauce is created, which is a delicious way to experience the distinct flavors of this iconic ingredient. In 2008, the Nagaland Government obtained the GI rights for this chilli pepper.
